Our Founder, and Chairman, once said that “True Leadership begins with leading self”. As an institution that is focused on building to last, we are very passionate about identifying and creating opportunities for leaders to emerge across the Group.
In fulfilling this objective, our Group Chairman has committed to mentoring colleagues across the Group every year through the TOE Mentorship Programme.
This programme is targeted at young aspiring leaders and is designed to identify and create opportunities for leaders to emerge across the Group.
Last year, the application portal for the programme was launched and a total of 94 applications were received across the Heirs Holdings Group. 67 of these applicants were successful after a detailed selection process.
During the programme, mentees will have the opportunity to:
- Be mentored directly by the Group Chairman.
- Build a Mentor-Mentee relationship where they will gain knowledge, skills and abilities required to advance their professional development.
- Make contributions that will impact the Group positively amongst other things.
The programme will be launched in cohorts starting off with cohort 1. This has been scheduled to hold on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023 by 11:30AM at Heirs Place.
