Managing Difficult Relationships & Conflicting Needs
In this life-changing course, which is an introductory level course, delegate’s will learn how to discover the root causes of conflict and ways to manage difficult relationships at the workplace and how certain behaviors impact others.
COURSE OVERVIEW
People have different viewpoints, and, under the right set of circumstances, those differences escalate to conflict. How you handle that conflict determines whether it works to the team’s advantage or contributes to its demise.
The course will also help delegates learn specific strategies to deal with difficult people in an appropriate manner. Whether it’s a conflict involving customers, staff or management, you’ll be equipped with the tools and techniques to approach others, reach a resolution and prevent further issues going forward. This training course provides you with an opportunity to plan and practice your situational management skills, so you feel empowered to handle any workplace conflict.
