Situational Frontline Leadership
This course is based on Ken Blanchard's situational leadership Model, and is aimed at developing adaptive management skills, responsiveness to the needs of individuals within the team, and deployment of appropriate tools to diagnose and respond to these needs.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Emphasis here is on goal setting, collaborative problem-solving and managing accountability to improve productivity. Situational Frontline Leadership is critical for those individuals making a move up the organisational hierarchy.

WHO TO ATTEND
The programme is open to Team Leads/Frontline supervisors and First-time leaders to educate them on goal setting and collaborative problem solving.
INDIVIDUAL OUTCOMES
At the end of the course participants should be able to:
- Recognise how own leadership style can influence the productivity of individuals within the team
- Identify and take up opportunity to engage and drive direct reports
- Identify effective leadership styles and tools for communication
- Accurately predict employee development needs and adopt appropriate strategies to address such needs
- Develop strategies for fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between the employees and the organisation
- Tools for identifying employee disengagement & dissatisfaction
