Building Execution Discipline
Research has proven that our emotional intelligence (EQ) is more reliable in predicting success than our intelligence quotient (IQ), as it increases our ability to make good decisions, build relationships and deal with stress, as well as cope with change.
COURSE OVERVIEW
This course is designed to explore the topic of EQ and how to develop individual EQ, thus increasing career and relationship success both inside and outside of work. It will provide participants with the skills and capabilities to recognize and effectively manage emotions in themselves, colleagues and team members.
Also, to acquaint participants with the principles of emotional intelligence, help them to assess their own abilities, and guide them to heightened awareness of ways to grow in these abilities. It starts off by introducing the concept of Emotional Intelligence – EI – and then proceeds to self-awareness, relationship with others, the barriers that are inherent, problem solving and concludes with an assessment to measure and interpret each participant’s emotional intelligence quotient (EQ).
