TOE’s Group Mentorship Session

Leadership development remains an important part of the culture at Heirs Holdings, to create a pipeline of capable and effective leaders who drive our vision to transform Africa. Our commitment to the development of effective leaders not only positively impacts morale, productivity, and overall performance, but also better equips our employees to navigate the challenges and opportunities of an ever-changing business environment.

The TOE’s Group Mentorship Session was birthed by The Group Chairman from this vision to extend his mentorship sessions to employees within the Heirs Holdings Group.

The session is aimed to achieve the following:

  • Create a buzz and excitement across the group.
  • Give TOE the opportunity to identify potential starts with the Group for succession.
  • Improve loyalty amongst employees selected.
  • Position TOE further as an advocate for mentorship.
