This course is designed to introduce employees to creativity tools and techniques and help them to recognise areas where these tools can be deployed whilst carrying out their various job duties.

COURSE OVERVIEW​

Creativity and Innovation are twin drivers of organisational efficiency and an organisation that desires to be profitable and remain sustainable must ensure that its employees are equipped with the requisite skills that are required to foster both innovation and creativity.

Module 2 – Creativity Tools and Techniques – Brainstorming with case studies; Systematic Inventive Thinking; Circle of Opportunity with case studies; Mental Imagery and Mind Mapping; SCAMPER with case studies and exercises; Six Thinking Hats with case studies and exercises; What-if Analysis
Module 3 – Team Creativity – 4 Stages of Creativity within a Team; Flow of Creativity; Maximizing Team Productivity
Module 4 – Essentials of Innovation – Scale of Product Innovation; Product vs Process Innovation; Value Creation vs Value Capture
