Managerial capabilities as have been quickly discovered now demands a deliberate modification to ensure that managers are able to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
The HH Management School will be focused on enhancing business capabilities and preparing delegates for real-life management challenges, through knowledge on business and people management fundamentals. The Management School will focus on;
- Providing essential behavioural competencies that will yield a talent mindset and improve performance.
- Providing Line Managers and Team Leads with behavioural competencies for effectively managing their people, with a view to realising the HH Group strategic priorities.
FRAMEWORK
To ensure completeness and relevance of managerial competencies catered to by the school, The school’s framework is segmented into two (2) broad tracks
- Stepping up to Management track: This track drives basic -Intermediate level managerial skills focusing on Interpersonal skills and moderate level technical skills in relevant target audience. It caters to first time managers, junior and mid-level managers
- Strategic Management: This track consists of curriculum that supports senior managers and executive officers with relevant managerial skills ensuring that they are able to strategically manage resources for profitability.

The HH Management School curriculum focuses on equipping relevant individuals to be able to:
- Manage resources and work to drive performance and the strategic objectives of the business.
- Understand competitive strategy, the business environment and flawlessly plan implementation and execute strategies that drive growth and business goal achievement.
- Manage change and the constantly changing dynamics of the business environment.
- Manage and drive team performance by establishing work rules, processes, standards and operating procedures.
- Empower and drive employee engagement through communication and foster a high performing team culture.
