Developing Your Personal Brand
The Developing your Personal Brand programme is aimed at educating participants on how to create their personal brand through identifying their assets, characteristics, strengths, and skills as an individual and harnessing it to project a positive personal image and impression. From forming overall goals to managing their online presence, participants will complete the course confident in all areas of personal branding.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Just like organisations or businesses, individuals have a brand. Made up of aspects such as appearance, attitude, skills, personal brand is the way people view particular individuals and those individuals make them feel. By building and nurturing this brand effectively, individuals can gain more control over the way they are viewed by others and ultimately get more out of their personal and professional life.

INDIVIDUAL OUTCOMES
At the end of the programme, participants will:
- Acknowledge and recognise that they are ‘brands’
- Be clear about their career values and how they shape their behaviour
- Assess their perception of Self and how that correlates with that portrayed to others
- Have identified their strengths and areas for development in interpersonal relationships and gain tips and techniques on how to build and develop them
- Know how to communicate to build rapport and empathy
- Be able to use a technique to get your opinion across in an assertive way without being aggressive
