Situational Team Leadership
This course is focused on the practical elements of strategic planning and decision making. It will help the delegates develop a strategic mindset when planning and making decisions at work.
COURSE OVERVIEW
The situational leadership model assumes that there is no perfect leadership style for all situations. It is no doubt that the most effective leadership is that which is adaptive in relation to tasks that must be accomplished, and peculiar team needs.
This course explores the concept of situational leadership using practical case studies and role play scenarios to foster actual application. It provides a road map for designing efficient strategies to increase the frequency and quality of conversations about performance and development.
