Leadership Communication With Impact

Leadership Communication with Impact programme is designed to help leaders improve their impact, performance and effectiveness as communicators. It aims to equip participants with the tools, techniques and skills needed to build communication capacity at all levels – whether it be interpersonal, organisational or external, and enabling you to become a leader communicator who connects and resonates with any stakeholder.

COURSE OVERVIEW​

This programme shows participants how to develop their preferred leadership communication style – to maximise potential strengths – and close the gaps. Participants will establish a link between leadership, different communication styles and performance results – in the process discovering more about themselves and how their behaviour affects others. They will also learn how to use emotional intelligence through interpersonal communication and how to encourage strategic thinking through asking questions, developing ideas and articulating clear goals.
