This mindset involves taking responsibility for your decisions and actions. It also involves approaching your work or any task as if you were the owner of the business or organization and feeling personally accountable for the results. When you have an ownership mentality, you are willing to put in the work to achieve your goals.

I’ve gained another perspective of ownership from Mr. Peter’s story. One thing that struck out most is to never run away from challenges, but to take them head on while focusing on the factors within my control and executing them excellently!
